Hey Steve. I get extra minerals and nutrients (bugs) from my sticky shot block top tube delivery system. Good job on your race. Impressive result not even considering what you have been through recently.

Marcotte wins after bridging up to the five person break then attacking, wining by about 3 bike lenghts, Joseph Schmalz 9th place, not sure about Steve, looks like a field finish for him. Amazing he could do this given his injuries.
Dose that help cut through the wind like his bottles?

@ H Luce…People in States have a hard time trying ro figure out bike racing. I remember they used to say the same things about Marnix Lamaire in Belgium that he was a wheelsucker and wouldnt work as hard as the other boys, etc etc. But he woud win 25 -55 races each year cuz no one could out sprint him in crits.

Hey Steve,
Just wanted to say it was a honor to bump into and meet you on the ledge on the hill before your 4:30 race. I was the crazy lady with the chorkie in her pink bag…:)) I just started riding a few years ago and am embarrassed to say, I didn’t know who you were until my racing girlfriend from high school became so starstruck. lol This was my 2nd Tulsa tough attendance and first time to watch her race.
She lives in Texas, her name is Kim Sunday Chance, I think she is pretty awesome for our age especially, but I am not going there. haha
I was cheering for you during the race, not sure if you can hear when you are going that fast, but I am glad you made it home safe and you will keep Tulsa Tough on your yearly agenda!!! Take care and be safe out there!!!
