Quick update
Just a quick update. There will be an event in later this summer. More details coming. Trudi is planning to set up a fund(s) to help support cycling programs he was passionate about. Update regarding the youcaring.com “Trudi Rebsamen Condolences Fund” site for donations. Trudi is grateful for the opportunity for friends express their condolences. There will be more formal and specific option for supporting Steve Tilford memory and Trudi’s wishes in that regard. Those opportunities will be announced here.

I never met Steve but have followed his blog almost daily for years and on a couple of occasions exchanged personal emails with him. Steve was obviously a truly special man who will certainly remain within the hearts and minds of many many people around the world. I’d certainly like to attend the get together being planned for later in the summer and have no doubt that there will be much happiness mixed in with the sorrow. And to Vincent, you’ve been through a life changing event. A very tragic one. Take care of yourself. I can only imagine the pain you’re experiencing..

Thank you so much for the updates, he was an amazingly good person. Asking yourself, “what would Steve, do?” is sure to lead to helping others and having a great time.
