1983 was the beginning of Steve’s mountain biking career….a Moots, some mud (lots of mud), jersey pockets full of peanut butter sandwiches, and the first NORBA title!

Fast forward to 2006, and it is Northern Wisconsin, 1 night before Chequamegon Fat Tire, and once again it is Steve (with a box full of new XTR parts) with Kent Eriksen (Moots’ founder) and his newest creation…an “Eriksen” fully rigid 29’r.
